Fees

I usually work on the basis of an hourly rate and, if applicable, the urgency. The amount of the fees includes administrative costs.

In specific circumstances, and subject to a prior agreement with the client, another fee system (subscription, package, “success fee”, etc.) may be applied.

I make sure to guarantee transparent communication about our fees and to set up a billing model that meets the anticipation and cost control needs of my clients.

Please note that legal fees are subject in Belgium to a VAT rate of 21%.

 

Any provision of services will be preceded by an acceptance of mandate and the payment of a provision.
